About our camp:

Upstate 150 Lacrosse Camp is the premiere lacrosse camp in the Midwest offering world-class lacrosse instruction to  Minnesota’s youth. The camp will benefit players of all ages and abilities with a mix of instruction, drills, competition, and games.  All camp attendees will receive an official Upstate 150 lacrosse piney.

Camp Staff:

Greg Downing – Returning for his 5th year to Upstate 150 lacrosse camp, Greg is currently in his 2nd season with the Boston Blazers in the NLL and
will be entering his fourth year in the MLL, where he is a2-time All-Star, and the 6th OVERALL pick of the 2007 draft. Greg graduated from Fairfield
University where he ranks 5th on the all-time scoring list, and was a 3-time All American. Upstate 150 is very excited to have such an amazing player
as well as a very experienced coach back yet again!

Colin Achenbach – Returning for his 3rd year as an Upstate 150 lacrosse coach, Colin currently is the Director of Operations for Homegrown Lacrosse
in Minneapolis. He is the first Minnesota born player signed by a contract to the Swarm, and was also the first ever All-American to hail from Minnesota.
In college he was a 3 time All-American and led his team in scoring twice. Upstate 150 believes Colin truly is an inspiration to all of the young lacrosse
players out there in the state of Minnesota, proving that through his hard work and determination that they to can have very successful lacrosse
careers in their future.

Other coaches attending camp this year are very experienced players/coaches throughout the country ranging from Division I to Division III lacrosse
players that have well over 50 + combined years of coaching experience. As we continue to secure our coaching staff, we will provide you with an
updated list. Trainers and strength and conditioning coaches will also be in attendance.

Camp Highlights:
